We understand that higher forms of learning, both social and academic, occur only when children are fueled emotionally which is why at Montessori of Mount Pleasant, community is key.

The combined forces of securely attached children, a dedicated and experienced faculty, and an active parent body ensure that each child is respected in a way which enables the student to set the standard and reach full potential.

A full Montessori curriculum is supported with meaningful work involving Spanish immersion, ecology, seed-to-table, peace education & other life skills.  Through the course of the three year cycle, Montessori of Mount Pleasant students emerge with a strong academic, social, and emotional skill set enabling them to be true contributors to the global community.  We're Living It!
