Our Team

We Are Dedicated.For over three decades, MMP School has cultivated a diverse team of early childhood specialists, a group nationally recognized for our ability to integrate theory into practice on a year-round, daily basis.

Our program is structured to allow faculty to interact and support each other, to act as resources for parents on a daily basis and to demonstrate best practices to other child specialists.

Nearly every person on staff is trained in RIE or Montessori (or both!)- and we’re passionate about authentically representing these approaches. You’ll also find our teachers are versed in other areas of expertise, including Orton Gillingham, Latin Cultural Studies, Redirecting Children’s Behavior, The Awakened Child Series, or are certified Master naturalists, master gardeners or special needs instructors.
